Rather Splendid is the work of British independent designer and illustrator James Gibbs.

Passionate about visual communication, James has over 12 years of experience working as a designer both in a fast-paced agency environment and as an independent freelance creative.

James is interested in working with social enterprises, charities, certified B Corporations, and ethical or sustainable start-ups. Good design can play a part creating a better, fairer and cleaner future. Please get in touch if you want to chat!
